Rewarding Good Actions

Many good actions cause bad consequences in the short term, for long term gains (an imposed risk).

This means that for good actions to be maintained there needs to be a system of rewards during the first periods.

Eg. Moving balls from one jar to another

The opposite of punishing bad action applies too.
