There Is No Virtue In Enduring Things We Don'T Feel

Seneca points out that the 4 virtues require you to be experiencing something in order to show them.

You need to have desire to show temperance, and you need to have fears to endure to show courage.

There is no virtue derived from overcoming things you are familiar with, even if other people struggle in them.
