  • This is why elegance triumphs over vulgarity quite often.

Retreat in the face of aggressiveness, never criticize overtly

• Plant ideas and insinuate.

  • Don’t show anger or other disruptive emotions that may evoke defensiveness.
  • People are narcissists and are often drawn to themselves–this is why mirroring works.

• In mass groups let others be upset, and avoid showing whining, complaining, or desperate justification.
