The Inability To Learn From What You Know

Knowledge acquired through reading or preserved through notes, is not able to be used when needed in real scenarios.

It gives the illusion that it does, but true understanding will always only come from stressors–experience.

The role of note-taking could be understood as the post-mortem mechanism that is used to adjust course.

Similar to a note made on reading: Reality stressors are more important than reading stressors.
