Routines Accumulate Hidden Risks

Routines go against our predisposition and naturalistic signals (procrastination) for achieving more productivity.

These distortions will need to be payed off, for example, in the form of burnout.

Non changing flexibility in the routine won't help as the ideal degree of flexibility needed in a system changes as well.

The fundamental stressor does not allow you to punch above your weight (density problem).

Thus, telling somebody to take a certain action that currently works for you is wrong, as it only works for your particular situation.
